We recommended airing out your mat for 48 hours before first use, as the smell of natural thermochromic pigment may take a few days to dissipate. Note that color-changing response variations may occur during use based on each person’s unique thermal signature. For optimal thermal response, use mat in temperatures between 68-72°F (20-22°C) or in warmer months up to 82°F (28°C).
After each use, wipe down your mat in circular motions using soapy water and a damp cloth. Allow to dry completely before use or storage. For best results, we recommend using our Renew Crystal Mat Cleansing Mist to ensure longevity and cleanliness. When storing, roll mat with logo facing outward and avoid folding to prevent wrinkles. Keep out of direct sunlight and heat.
