Well-Being...just in reach!

OMALA will be hosting 1-2 in-store work/SHOP classes each week at its store at 400 Atlantic Avenue (at Bond Street) in Boerum Hill.

We want you to participate, explore, have fun and enjoy the Pilates mat & yoga classes, Thai massage, Nutritional introductions and special event Trunk Shows and other fabulous "it's time for me" work/SHOPs we plan thoughtfully, each month for you!

We host local instructors, wonderful women and men, and highlight Brooklyn-area studios, to inform you of well-being practices and practitioners available to you here, locally.

We post on the navigation bar, here on the left, the up-coming month's event details. Just look for the current month or the month just around the corner. So, take a peak and "mark your calendar" for that class or workshop that peaks your interest (and will calm your soul)!
